Foundation Training Sessions

This session will introduce you to:
The fundamental concepts of Foundation Training and how it works to relieve pain and build strength
DURATION: 45 minute session
Commences with a discussion on your health, previous injuries, goals
Theory - Discussion on the Foundation Training fundamentals
Practical - Introduction and demonstration of Decompression Breathing, Anchoring and Integration
This session will give you the confidence to start practicing at home between sessions.

you are in pain or have a specific injury
you would like to work at a pace which is optimal for your learning
Following an initial consultation, a plan will be made to suit your body and individual needs. You will learn at a pace that is safe for you, with personalised cues to maximise your progress.
I can work with you online or in person.
